What this site is for

To explain walk-in tubs honestly and to put you on the phone with the people who assess them. The price brackets and product explanations published here are general guidance written with care; the figure that binds anyone is the written quote handed over after a visit to your actual bathroom.

Calling for an assessment

The call is free and puts you under no obligation of any kind. All we ask in return is a truthful description of the bathroom and of who bathes there. Work, dates and payment are agreed later, on paper, after the visit, and never over that first phone call.

Using the site fairly

No autodialling the number, no pretending to be someone else, no attempts to break what other visitors rely on. Traffic that behaves that way is filtered out quietly.

Where our responsibility ends

We write our guidance carefully, but a website cannot see your plumbing, your floor joists or your insurance plan. Decisions taken on general reading alone remain your own, within the limits the law allows, and nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you regardless.

Whose work this is

The words, pictures and structure of this site are ours or licensed to us. Quote a passage with a mention of where it came from and we are glad; copy pages wholesale and we are not.
